Fitness coach Roma Cunillera to leave KAS Eupen

Fitness coach Roma Cunillera is set to transfer from KAS Eupen to Cypriot First Division club, Omonia Nikosia. After receiving an offer from the Cypriot club, 20 times the country’s league champion, the 36-year old Spaniard has reached agreement with KAS Eupen on terminating his contract. He will be succeeded by KAS Eupen’s new signing, Raphaël Fèvre.

Starting work for KAS Eupen on 1 July 2012, Roma Cunillera spent 6 years in Eupen as fitness coach. KAS Eupen thanks Roma for his successful work and wishes him all the best for his further career.

Raphaël Fèvre, a 43-year-old Frenchman comes to KAS Eupen from Chicago Fire, a North American MLS team. Before that, he worked with KAS Eupen head coach Claude Makelele at Paris St. Germain and Bastia. Alongside his master’s degree in sports coaching and motor performance, Raphaël Fèvre also has experience in the top performance field.
