The predict-the-result competition organised by the LOVOS association in the run-up to Sunday’s Pro League fixture between KAS Eupen and Standard Liege went down very well with spectators, with 240 predictions entered. This netted a total of EUR 1080 for the work of KAS social partner LOVOS.
The five prizes went to participants who had not just predicted the 1:1 draw, but who also put in a good guess regarding the additional question about the number of spectators. The main prize, a one-week stay in the Salzburg holiday region, went to Michael Bastin, whose guess of 5500 was very close to the total of 5522 spectators for the match.
The winners of the LOVOS predict-the-result competition:
1st prize: Michael Bastin: A 7-night stay in the Salzburg holiday region for two people in a double room, including half-pension
2nd prize: Elmar Brossel: An invitation to a 3-course meal in the Grand Casino in Brussels for 4 people
3rd prize: Lothar Palm: A signed KAS Eupen shirt
4th prize: Bernd Kretschner: 1×4 T3 tickets for the home tie between KAS Eupen and KRC Genk on 30 September.
5th prize: Roger Bonni: 1×4 T3 tickets for the home tie between KAS Eupen and KRC Genk on 30 September.
