Bertan Caliskan stays with KAS Eupen until 2029
KAS Eupen has extended Bertan Caliskan’s contract by four years until June 30, 2029. The 20-year-old right winger from Verviers has been a regular starter for the first team this season, playing in all 23 matches of the Challenger Pro League and the Croky Cup for the Pandas.
Bertan Caliskan was born on February 7, 2005, in Verviers, celebrating his 20th birthday just days before signing his contract extension. He developed his skills with the Panda Youngsters and KAA Gent. After three years at KAA Gent, the pacey forward returned to KAS Eupen in the summer of 2023, initially playing for the U21 team. After just one season, he made the jump to the first team. In his 23 appearances for KAS Eupen so far, he has scored two goals and provided two assists.
With this new contract, KAS Eupen has secured another talented player from the region for the long term. The club is excited to continue working with him and wishes Bertan continued success with the Pandas.
