KAS Eupen Signs Gaëtan Hendrickx
KAS Eupen has signed midfielder Gaëtan Hendrickx until the end of the season. The 29-year-old last played for KMSK Deinze, which was declared insolvent at the end of 2024. As a result, Gaëtan Hendrickx was without a club and could be signed by KAS Eupen even after the winter transfer window had closed.
The new addition to KAS Eupen was born on March 30, 1995, in Braine-l’Alleud. He received his football education at Charleroi SC, Standard Liège, and KRC Genk. Since 2014, he has played professionally for Sint-Truiden VV, Charleroi SC, KV Kortrijk, and KMSK Deinze.
For these clubs, he made 112 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League, 127 matches in the Challenger Pro League, and played 19 games in the Croky Cup. As a youth player, he was called up 31 times for Belgium’s national teams from U15 to U19.
Gaëtan Hendrickx is a playmaker who can be deployed in all central midfield positions.
